Strategic Alignment
Purpose:

- Creating and maintaining a strategizing process that clarifies strategic decision-making + guardrails as reference point for all GCC subcircles
- Establishing a level of involvement, communication and feedback loops with the whole organization to strengthen commitment for dGs strategic directions
- Developing and refining strategic clarity from the perspective of what’s good for dG and its environments (integrating the following perspectives: current and future partners, dG’s highest potential, favorite customer, mother earth’s calling, medium- and long-term)

Account Orchestrating
Purpose:
Account and Engagement Leads feel well-servicedAccountabilities:
- Scheduling regular meetings with key stakeholders of the client-organization (e.g. door-opener, leader)
- Reflecting the ongoing transformation and co-creating possibilities (sales opportunities) for a sustainable transformation with key stakeholders of the client-organization and @Engagement Lead
- Negotiating the terms of business (including billable prep-work) and travelcost with the client and informing @Engagement Lead
- Deciding on proper @Engagement Lead after integrating feedback of @Staffing Sparring for new and existing engagements with the account
- Scheduling regular meetings with all @Engagement Lead of this “account” to create common ground, alignment, and a sense of direction for the overall transformation

Acquisition_Coach
Purpose:
Full effectiveness for @Evolutionary Catalyst (Core Partners) on the marketAccountabilities:
- Scheduling sparring sessions (approx. 60’ per month)
- Agreeing quantitative and qualitative targets with the coachee (mandatory topics: capacity utilization, content positioning, visibility in the market, customer relationships ... might be supplemented by other topics) and developing targets further if necessary - to develop competencies for growing, farming and hunting
- Regularly discussing status and supporting coachee in realizing these and/or organizing support
- Providing ad hoc sparring if opportunities or risks for target achievement arise in the short term
- Supporting the coachee in creating transparency regarding their goals and the development process (within dG)

Ecosystem Partner Relais
Purpose:
A lively and mutually beneficial relationship between dG and ecosystem partnersAccountabilities:
- Scheduling regular talks (at least once a year) w/ respective ecosystem partner to evaluate relation and potential
- Acting as Rep link for respective ecosystem partner, for tensions concerning the partnership
- Granting discounts for a specific public training to respective ecosystem partner after integrating feedback of @Pricing Strategy and the role organizing the event

Engagement Lead
Purpose:
Awesome management and coordination of consulting projectsAccountabilities:
- Contacting current leads (=potential clients) on request by @Staffing Sparring and updating status of lead in the "client-request-list"
- Publishing client requests on Slack to allow for challenging by @Do or Die
- Developing cutting-edge proposals (incl. pricing in accordance with @Pricing Strategy upon request of a customer.
- Selecting suitable @Evolutionary Catalyst or Project Partners for client projects after integrating feedback of @Staffing Sparring
- Deciding the staffing of specific workshops within the project, based on transparent decision criteria
- Contracting with the clients on an ongoing basis to align expectations & logistics and adjust agreements as engagement needs evolve, saving related documents/emails @projects
- Forecasting needed consulting resources and sharing relevant information with all @Evolutionary Catalyst or external Catalysts "Project Partners" involved in the project - prior to project launch and throughout project
- Scheduling and facilitating regular staff meetings 1) for mutual updating of project-relevant information in the particular project staff and 2) for developing/improving the quality of the consulting strategy/work in a particular consulting project 3) for learning purposes & know-how transfer

Purpose:

Project Backbone
Purpose:
sustainable and efficient project administrationAccountabilities:
- Updating Odoo according to guidelines published by @Quarterback with all project relevant information (i.e. creating SO for the upcoming three months, accounts, projects, workshops, etc) for confirmed projects until the 10th of every month
- Providing project structure on the dG Google Drive under the corresponding folder and instructing involved roles and project partners to make all project related documents (e.g. offers, proposals, design, Photo protocol etc.) accessible and findable there
