  • Acting as ad-hoc sparring partner for decisions regarding staffing of new project requests

  • Collecting data to enable optimal staffing decisions based on transparent criteria

  • Defining and updating staffing criteria and publishing them in notes section

  • Analyzing new general client requests (e.g. via office@dG); choosing proper fellow Engagement Lead - triggering role filler to contact client in order to evaluate needs and next steps rapidly.
