    Purpose:

    Exquisite Holacracy coaching skills available

    Accountabilities:

    • Maintaining basic competencies in dG service delivery's virtual meetings support tools

    • Coaching client circle members on Holacracy rules and effective practice as-needed during governance and tactical meetings

    • Raising objections and helping clients integrate them whenever clients propose clearly invalid governance, and providing follow up coaching to clients

    • Facilitating virtual and in-person governance and tactical meetings

    • Summarizing key developments about client services and learnings to other Holacracy Coaches

    • Co-creating customized Holacracy practices and apps with our clients and making them available in the dG Library App.

  • Holacracy Trainings Circle

    Purpose:

    Transformative trainings that transmit Holacracy and catalyze the capacities it requires

    Domains:

    • Decision whether public and in-house trainings, incl. intro workshops, take place

    • Pricing for public intro workshops

    • Pricing model for public and in-house trainings

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing experiential Holacracy trainings and workshops to introduce the Holacracy system and develop the skills needed to practice and implement it effectively

    • Publishing a pricing model for public and private trainings and workshops

    • Collecting and sharing photographs, brief videos, and/or quotes with Brand Movement ed channels in real-time during live events

    • Scheduling, opening, and delivering Holacracy skill-building trainings given market demand

    • Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining an event registration management system for dG's public trainings and workshops

    • Aligning activities with agreements specified through licensing contracts with HolacracyOne

    • Providing Holacracy learning opportunities for dG and it´s eco-system.

    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Planen der vom Kreis geforderten Meetings und benachrichtigen aller Kreismitglieder über die eingeplanten Zeiten und Orte

    • Erfassen und Veröffentlichen der Ergebnisse der für den Kreis definierten Meetings und Verwaltung einer zusammenfassenden Sicht der aktuellen Governance, von Checklisten-Punkten und Kennzahlen des Kreises.

    Kreis-Governance und operative Praktiken im Einklang mit der Verfassung

    Accountabilities:

    • Moderieren der von der Verfassung des Kreises geforderten Meetings

    • Überprüfen der Meetings und Aufzeichnungen der Sub-Kreise nach Bedarf und Erklären eines Prozessversagens, nachdem ein Verhaltensmuster erkannt wurde, das den Regeln der Verfassung widerspricht

    Purpose:

    Holacracy practice role-modeled during trainings

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating tactical and governance meetings at trainings

    • Coaching participants during facilitation practice at trainings

    • Setting up the room and collect all materials (when finished) at the direction of Assistant Trainer

    • Listening to modules during the training to prepare to facilitate

    • Following the direction of any training delivery roles to support the training, including promptly directing participants to the next activity when requested

    • Playing 'the world' during simulation work time at practitioner trainings by following the guidance documented by Training Design

    • Participate in training staff reflection and debriefing sessions during the training

    • Contributing to improving the PT delivery by sharing ideas and pointing out mistakes in training materials (e.g. via a shared google document to gather improvements provided by Training Support on-site )

    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Bereitstellen einer Sicht auf die Vitalität des Subkreises im Super-Kreis, einschließlich Berichten über Kennzahlen oder Checklisten-Punkte, die dem gesamten Sub-Kreis übertragen wurden
