    Purpose:

    Awesome management and coordination of consulting projects

    Accountabilities:

    • Contacting current leads (=potential clients) on request by Staffing Sparring

    • Publishing client requests on Slack to allow for challenging by Do or Die

    • Developing cutting-edge proposals (incl. pricing in accordance with Pricing Strategy) upon request of a customer.

    • Selecting suitable Evolutionary Catalyst or Project Partners for client projects after integrating feedback of Staffing Sparring

    • Deciding the staffing of specific workshops within the project, based on transparent decision criteria

    • Contracting with the clients on an ongoing basis to align expectations & logistics and adjust agreements as engagement needs evolve, saving related documents/emails projects

    • Forecasting needed consulting resources and sharing relevant information with all Evolutionary Catalyst or external Catalysts "Project Partners" involved in the project - prior to project launch and throughout project

    • Scheduling and facilitating regular staff meetings 1) for mutual updating of project-relevant information in the particular project staff and 2) for developing/improving the quality of the consulting strategy/work in a particular consulting project 3) for learning purposes & know-how transfer

    • Storing relevant project documents and emails directly on dG Google drive preferably in Google-doc format under the respective project folder

    • providing and facilitating excellent consultancy services

    • reflecting regulary the quality of delivery and the relationship with clients through peer to peer reviews inside dG and/or external coaching

    Purpose:

    Enable deep Holacracy transmission through awesome training and workshop programs and materials

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing and evolving packaged training and workshop offerings that develop the capacities required to introduce, practice, and coach Holacracy effectively

    • Defining and evolving training and workshop environment, room setup, and logistical needs for each training offering

    • Designing outlines and high-level specs for slides, simulations, and other support materials needed for training and intro offerings

    • Maintaining a list of training and intro materials needed, including links to current versions and anticipated update timeline

    • Defining and publishing a definitive source of pre-requisites for trainings

    • Triggering PT and Intro Supplies and Operations when updated materials are ready for production

    • Knowledge management and documentation system of holacracy training materials and documents

  • PT & Intro Online Simulation Setup

    Purpose:

    Flawless set-up of simulations online

    Accountabilities:

    • Setting up simulations online: fill in the (multiple) simulations online with all relevant data and modifying last minute participant user login changes.

    • Printing list of participants with (fake) email-adresses and login data for simulations to PT and Intro Supplies and Operations.

    • Providing PT staff user logins to access the different simulation accounts.

    • Closing all created Hygeans after the PT and integrating relevant feedback from relevant roles.

  • PT & Intro Wheeler and Dealer

    Purpose:

    Inspiring Holacracy trainings and workshops scheduled, key resources staffed, prep flowing, and profitability optimized

    Domains:

    • Decision whether public and in-house trainings, incl. intro workshops, take place

    • Pricing for public Holacracy intro workshops

    • Pricing model for public and in-house Holacracy trainings

    Accountabilities:

    • Defining target regions/dates/number of participants for Holacracy trainings (incl. intro workshops) and communicating these informations to relevant roles

    • Triggering Brand Movement to publish and promote our public holacracy events, and to linie up all event-related logistics and manage registration of participants for public trainings

    • Triggering Inhouse training interface and admin, PT and Intro Supplies and Operations and Facilitator Coach Contracting to get prep flowing when new trainings are confirmed, or existing trainings modified

    • Optimizing pricing, discount options, and expenditures to maximize training profitability including canceling or reducing trainings as needed in order to avoid loss, including defining training budgets as needed

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating tactical and governance meetings at trainings

    • Setting up the room and collect all materials (when finished) at the direction of Holacracy and beyond

    • Listening to modules during the training to prepare to facilitate

    • Following the direction of any training delivery roles to support the training, including promptly directing participants to the next activity when requested

    • Playing 'the world' during simulation work time at practitioner trainings by following the guidance documented by Holacracy Training & Workshop Design

    • Participating in training staff reflection and debriefing sessions during the training

    • Contributing to improving the PT delivery by sharing ideas and pointing out mistakes in training materials (e.g. via a shared google document to gather improvements provided by PT Support on-site )

  • PT Facilitator Coach Contracting

    Purpose:

    The most suitable coaches for the different PT projects and well taken care of

    Accountabilities:

    • Sourcing and contracting suitable coaches for the different PT projects

    • Developing the Facilitator Compensation App

    • Maintaining a list of viable PT Facilitator Coach candidates based on input from PT Trainer, PT Lead Coach and the NPS feedback on the performance of the individual Facilitator Coachs after a PT

    • Providing information around logistical details (e.g. adress of the training location, time and location of the briefing location, etc.) and client information to coaches

    • Booking accomodation on- or off-site and assisting in travel logistics for coaches engaged for a PT

    • Checking invoices sent by external Facilitator Coaches engaged for a PT project and triggering General Company Circle to pay them, when correct

    • Providing a list of all booked and confirmed coaches for each event

  • PT Inhouse interface and admin

    Purpose:

    Holacracy PT projects are well-coordinated and administered to run awesome and inspiring inhouse PTs

    Accountabilities:

    • Entering relevant data (dates, venue, staff) for upcoming Trainings into odoo

    • Informing client organisations of necessary venue requirements (in line with guidelines defined by Holacracy Training & Workshop Design ) for the agreed number of participants and accommodation and dietary needs for PT Staff

    • Sharing key details such as venue/ contact details / accommodation / list of participants with relevant roles (@Trainer , PT Lead Coach , PT Facilitator Coach Contracting and PT & Intro Online Simulation Setup ) with time and providing updates about changes

    • Scheduling a time for PT Support on-site to set up the training and PT Lead Coach to brief Facilitator Coaches before the start of the training

    • Informing participants from the client organisation about relevant details prior to the event and triaging potential questions

    • Sending a follow up mail with Feedback form to participants and sharing the feedback form results with the circle

    • Scheduling (non-holacractic) synchronisation meetings during the preparation phase of all PT project involved roles and retrospective sessions after a PT project to improve the PT delivery when appropriate

  • PT and Intro Supplies and Operations

    Purpose:

    Flowing logistics for great training and workshop experiences

    Accountabilities:

    • Arranging event-related logistics necessary to run high-quality trainings and tasters

    • Verifying receipt and accuracy of all training and workshop materials sent to a venue before the arrival of the on-site delivery team, including who received the materials and where they're stored, and communicating that to all members of the team

    • Sorting materials into complete, ordered packages after trainings, and sourcing new printings and materials when needed

    • Producing disposable materials such as training folders, handouts and Simulation print outs that Holacracy Training & Workshop Design specifies

    • Arranging and publishing of shipping of all training and workshop supplies to and from venue

    • Briefing the responsible role for PT Support on-site prior to the event about all materials, specific requirements and packaging units

    • Maintaining inventory of all dG-owned durable training equipment

    • Purchasing supplies prior to trainings
